Sending the information to your removalist

Gathering all relevant information on your upcoming move and how to send it to Moving Again.

Before you do there are several questions that we will need answering when you send this information to us.

• Are there any access problems. stairs, lifts, long driveways, narrow streets?
• When you want to move. This week, next week, next month?
• Did you want any storage?
• Did you want any packing done?

Access Problems during removal

Please do consider access to your house or unit, if there are stairs involved or you have a long steep winding driveway, please inform us as it helps us be prepared for you move.

Whilst most removals are not carried out in Semi Trailers in inner city areas, we will need to know if there will be a problem getting a large truck into your street.

We do not expect to be able to get trucks up small suburban driveways, however we do expect to be able to get our trucks into your street

If these things are not advised before your removal there may be extra charges to consider, mainly due to the fact that it may take longer than anticipated to carry out your removal and we may be late for another customer.

You wouldn't like us being late for your removal, so please keep us informed.

Cartons packed by a removalist

If you would like your removalist to pack cartons for your, please advise.

Whilst we do not insist on this and we are perfectly happy to transport boxes that you have packed yourself, but please remember no matter how good your removalist is he will have to stack these boxes in the removal truck or shipping container, and if they are thin and flimsy, they will collapse during transit.
